Bertie Wooles

Bertie Wooles has been in the tech industry since 2018. In that time, they have worked for Reel Tech Gaming Ltd. as a Junior Developer, where they maintained and built websites and microservices in Ruby, and gained experience using technologies such as Docker, Kafka, Sidekiq and Redis, as well as some experience with front end Javascript frameworks like Ember. From 2020 to 2022, they worked for Ubiquity Press as a Ruby Developer, and for Lavanda and Cleo as a Backend Engineer and Backend Ruby Engineer, respectively.

Bertie Wooles attended Makers in 2017, where they studied Software Development. They have also attended the University of Leeds.
