Carl Willimott

Carl Willimott has worked in the software engineering industry since 2007. Carl's earliest role was as a General Assistant at Tesco from 2007 to 2013. Carl then moved to IE Brand & IE Digital as a Web Developer from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Unity Trust Bank as a Full Stack Developer. From 2019 to 2022, they were employed at Shell Energy UK, starting as a Senior Software Engineer, then becoming a Lead Software Engineer and eventually a Principal Software Engineer. Carl is currently employed at Lavanda as a Principal Software Engineer.

Carl Willimott has a MSci (hons) Computing and Management degree in Computer Science from Loughborough University, which they obtained between 2009 and 2013. Carl also has several certifications from Salesforce, including a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2 (obtained in December 2018), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 (obtained in November 2017), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (obtained in September 2017), Salesforce Certified Administrator (obtained in July 2017), and a Drupal Certified Developer (75%) from Acquia (obtained in February 2015).
