Andre Baj has over 30 years of experience in mechanical design and methodology development, currently serving as Metodologo, PLM e CAD Superuser at Lavazza Group since September 2016. In this role, Andre develops methodologies for MCAD Creo Parametric and Windchill PLM, providing support as a superuser and overseeing PLM administration in R&D. Prior to Lavazza Group, Andre worked at Bitron Industrie as a Senior Designer for mechatronic components and at Magneti Marelli PWT in various design roles, including methodology development and CAD management. Andre's early career included positions at AMP (Tyco Electronics) and Bermond, along with military service as a squad commander in the Italian Army. Andre holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istituto Tecnico Industriale.
