Kyle LeStrange

Kyle LeStrange is currently a Food Safety Specialist at Lavazza North America, a position they have held since 2019. Previously, they worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Technician at To-Jo Mushrooms from 2013 to 2017, where they focused on compliance with food safety programs and quality functions. Kyle also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware, where they conducted research on avian pathogens and taught courses related to poultry health and food safety. They hold a Master's degree in Food Science and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences, both from the University of Delaware.
