Massimo Pepe

Massimo Pepe is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in management and marketing within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as General Manager for the UK & Ireland and Regional Director for the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Baltics at Lavazza Group since June 2016, Massimo previously held positions managing various Eastern European and export markets. Within Lavazza Group, responsibilities have included overseeing customer management, field management, and trade marketing across Italy and Switzerland. Prior to joining Lavazza, Massimo worked at Ferrero from June 2000 to May 2016, where roles included National Account Manager and Customer Manager for Out Of Home channels, demonstrating strong capabilities in team leadership and business development. Massimo began their career at Ernst & Young as a Junior Consultant and holds a degree in Economics and Commerce with a specialization in international marketing from Università degli Studi di Torino.
