Monique Barten has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of education and social care, beginning in 2000 as a Pedagogisch medewerker at Kinderhuis Reek and De Kleine Hoogen Reek. Barten continued to develop professionally through roles at Stichting Dichterbij and Openbare Basisschool De Bolderik, ultimately assuming a position at Laverhof, where responsibilities include Coördinator, Dagbestedingscoach, and Vertrouwenspersoon. In addition to hands-on experience, Barten has pursued ongoing professional development through several educational programs, obtaining certifications in Psychosocial Counseling and Weight Consulting, among others.
