Jenn Monroy

Jenn Monroy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jenn has been with LAVIDGE since 2018, starting as a Senior Art Director and currently holding the position of Associate Creative Director. In this role, they work with a team of 11 creatives on a wide range of projects, including branding, consumer campaigns, and digital design.

Prior to their time at LAVIDGE, Jenn worked at ReJennerate Creative, LLC as a Designer, where they handled various design tasks. Jenn also had a significant tenure at AIGA Arizona, starting as a Volunteer Director and eventually serving as President. Jenn'sresponsibilities as President included overseeing the chapter's mission, managing board meetings, and communicating with AIGA National.

Jenn has also been involved in Phoenix Design Week since 2016, holding multiple positions such as Director, Co-Director, and Communications Director. Jenn was responsible for organizing events, coordinating with speakers, and managing the overall program.

In addition, Jenn was the President and Marketing Chair of GET Phoenix Young Professionals, where they refreshed the organization's visual identity, redesigned the website, and handled social media and email marketing.

Before these roles, they worked as Director of Marketing at DLC Empire, LLC and held positions at Letizia Mass Media, Angel Management Group, and Action Signs, where they gained experience in marketing, design, and management.

Jenn Monroy obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Las Vegas, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Brand Specialist from LEVEL C in February 2020.
