Jason has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field and has worked for a variety of companies across Canada in different industries. Jason's focus is on HR strategy, crisis-management, HR risk management and HR planning.
Jason Fleming has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Guelph. Jason also has a Post Graduate Certificate in HR Management from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. Jason Fleming is certified by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) as a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) and as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). Jason also has a certification in HR Law from Osgoode Professional Development and a Predictive Index Analyst certification from Predictive Success Corporation.
