Katie Higgins

Katie Higgins is the Head of Corporate at Law Squared, leading the corporate and M&A practice while working with fast-growth businesses on capital raising and acquisitions. They have extensive experience in private M&A, equity raisings, and corporate structuring, as well as cross-border transactions and commercial contracts. Katie previously held positions at Maddocks, TurksLegal, and LUNA, where they specialized in both commercial litigation and transactional matters. They also served as a Senior Lecturer in Law at Monash University and were recognized as a finalist for the Women in Law Trailblazer of the Year in 2025. Katie earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Monash University with distinction.
