Michael Knox

Michael Knox is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance, investment management, and legal technology. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Lustro since October 2020, Michael oversees growth initiatives for an investor relations platform focused on alternative finance. As a founding investor, Michael has contributed to Lustro's mission of simplifying access to crowdfunding deals. Michael also holds leadership roles at LawCloud, where responsibilities include steering the company as CEO and partnering to enhance legal technology solutions for small businesses. Furthermore, Michael actively contributes as a board member and CEO at US Lighting Systems, along with roles at other firms, demonstrating a strong background in private equity and financial consulting. Michael's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics/Management from Ohio Wesleyan University.
