Mark Toohey

Mark Toohey is a Senior Solicitor at Lawpath since September 2023 and a University Lecturer at the University of Nicosia, specializing in blockchain law within the Masters in Digital Currency program since February 2016. Toohey is the Founder of Floktu, an innovative multi-channel event marketing platform, and the Founder and Director of Adroit Lawyers, bringing extensive experience as a commercial lawyer across various industries. Co-founding Aglive Group Limited and Sx3, Toohey has contributed to blockchain technology innovation aimed at combating counterfeiting. Prior ventures include founding Lost Art Media Pty Limited and Adroit People Pty Limited, along with a significant role as General Counsel for Global Television Limited, overseeing high-profile TV production contracts and collaborations. Toohey holds a Grad Dip in Finance Law from the University of Melbourne, an LLB with Honours from Southern Cross University, and a B Bus in Banking/Finance from the University of New England.
