I partner with law firms to develop lawyers into confident, capable people leaders, strengthening delegation, communication and performance conversations where leadership pressure shows up most.

My work helps firms:
• Reduce people risk and leadership drag
• Improve accountability and team performance
• Support wellbeing without lowering standards

With a background as a former solicitor and senior legal leader, plus an MSc in Psychology, I deliver practical, evidence-based leadership development that works in real legal environments.
