Lawyer Link is a highly-effective boutique search firm with a unique, non-assumptive approach to recruitment - and a dedication to raising the bar for what constitutes effective service within the legal search industry.

While we are happy to assist strong lawyers actively looking for a new opportunity - most of the lawyers we work with are not. These are people open to a tap on the shoulder for the right opportunity at the right time - but you'll find them with their head down at their desk - not scrolling for their next position.

We are not about arranging multiple candidates to compete for an opportunity. We're about conversations with high-value lawyers regarding their professional goals and professional pain - and with law firms about their opportunities - and why top lawyers should be interested in them.
Traditional headhunting seems to mean pitching opportunities to potential candidates before knowing anything about them. At Lawyer Link, we don't claim to have the "perfect" opportunity for someone based solely on their high-level details. Our process delves deep into what is important to each person individually. Before discussing opportunities, We take the time to understand their goals so that we can match candidates with clients based on information - not assumptions.
