Established in 1996, Laxim is comprised of founders with over 50 years combined real estate development and management experience.
Each founder brings a unique expertise to Laxim.
The vast range of projects include the design, development, and construction of detached custom homes in Toronto’s ultra luxury Bridle Path, Forest Hill and Leaside neighborhoods and townhouses in Western Ontario, in addition to the purchase, renovation and management of affordable multi residential rental apartments.
The key common element in all projects is merely one thing and that is personal care in every detail.
The output must always be yet another project that Laxim is proud to present to its new residents.
