Eric Xiao

Eric Xiao has over 11 years of work experience. In 2009, they began their career as a Software Engineer at Epic. In 2012, they moved to FactSet Research Systems, where they served as a Tech Lead. In 2016, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Strategic Business Manager. In 2017, they began working as an Investment Director at FOSUN RZ Capital and also served as a Board Observer at Tapingo. In 2019, they became an Investor at Holisto (formerly Splitty) and Ryff. Currently, they are the Founder and CEO of Laxis, the next generation of AI meeting assistants.

Eric Xiao attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Strategy, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they attended the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2009, where they earned a Master of Science in Computer Science.
