Mark Bacon

Mark Bacon, AIA, is the Design Principal at BVH Architecture, where they lead design teams and engage with clients to explore ideas that intertwine place, human experience, and performance-driven solutions. With a post-professional Master of Architecture from Kansas State University, Mark has contributed to notable projects such as the Museum of Nebraska Art and the Columbus Library, showcasing a commitment to architectural excellence that earned them the 2021 AIA Young Architect Award. Prior to their current role, Mark refined their expertise at Bohlin Cywinski Jackson and has also served as an adjunct professor at various universities, including the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they inspire the next generation of architects.
