Bailey McFaden

Bailey McFaden serves as the General Manager at LayeRhythm Productions, specializing in supporting under-recognized artistic voices in street and club dance. With a strong background in event management, McFaden has previously held roles as Events Coordinator at Dance Media Publications and Tour Manager at LayeRhythm. Significant experience includes serving as Artist Services Manager at Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, where all logistics for guest artists were managed, and as iCharleston Site Director at the College of Charleston for programs in Rome and Dublin, developing collaborations with international education institutions. McFaden's educational background includes multiple Master's degrees in International Arts Management and a Bachelor's degree in Dance and Arts Management from the College of Charleston, complemented by a High School Scholars Diploma in Dance from the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities.
