Rachit Moti

Rachit Moti is the CEO and Co-founder of Layer. Rachit has over seven years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations.

Rachit started their career as a Retail Team Leader at BlackBerry Mobile. Rachit then became a State Supervisor at Sony Electronics. In 2014, they co-founded Zippity, a tech startup that was acquired by CloudAbility in 2016. After the acquisition, Rachit became a Sales Lead at CloudMGR.

In 2017, Rachit joined GO1 as the APAC Sales & Operations Lead. Rachit was responsible for GO1's entry into Asia via Singapore, Malaysia, and India. Rachit then joined SmartBooks Online as the Growth Manager in 2016. Rachit was responsible for business development, marketing, and partnerships.

In October 2020, Rachit joined Askable as the Growth Strategy Advisor. Rachit advised and grew Askable's sales, marketing, and customer success functions, and spearheaded go-to-market for the US and UK. Rachit joined Layer in July 2021 as the CEO and Co-founder.

Rachit Moti has a Bachelor of Business in Marketing (Distinction) from QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Rachit also has a Diploma of Information Technology in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Oxford. Finally, they have a Diploma of Information Technology in Website Development from the Southbank Institute of Technology.
