Pathange Balaji Rao

Pathange Balaji Rao is a Product Led Growth Specialist at Layerpath since January 2025, focusing on growth initiatives for inbound and outbound demand generation. Prior to this role, Pathange was self-employed as a Volunteer Product Manager and took a career break to explore opportunities and assist in a family business. Experience includes serving as an Associate Product Manager at ApniBus from January 2023 to January 2024 and at Badho from June 2023 to September 2023, where Pathange successfully drove over 5000 downloads through a landing page revamp and led a team to develop a retail app that achieved 60 CR GMV per year. Pathange holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Information Technology from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management and completed 12th grade with a focus on PCM at VelocIITy Junior College.
