Sakahito Chad is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in business development and human resources at LayerX Inc. since April 2018, collaborating with leading companies in Japan and focusing on talent acquisition for engineering and business development roles. Previously, Sakahito worked as a Freelance Designer, managing projects for one of Japan's largest e-commerce sites from April 2015 to December 2019. Prior to that, Sakahito served as a Board Member at (THE)ONEofTHEM ASIA PACIFIC, conducting market research and establishing businesses in Singapore and Vietnam while overseeing the hiring of over 30 software engineers.
