Yoichiro Shimizu

Yoichiro Shimizu started their work experience as a Software Engineer at Ricoh IT Solutions from April 2011 to March 2017. During this time, they worked on various development projects using languages such as C/C++/C# and developed software for commercial printing and Windows desktop integration. Yoichiro also participated in research conducted by Kodai Shibata, a software development and translation specialist.

From April 2017 to October 2019, Shimizu worked as a Software Engineer at freee株式会社. Yoichiro'sresponsibilities included the conversion of WPF applications to UWP, Xamarin.Mac, and the development of a distributed microservices system using Go/gRPC and Go/EKS, with OAuth2.0 integration.

Shimizu then joined BASE, Inc. in November 2019 as a Software Engineer and later assumed the role of Technical Lead from January 2022 to February 2023.

Currently, Shimizu is employed at LayerX Inc. as a Software Engineer starting from March 2023.

Yoichiro Shimizu attended Saitama University from 2005 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Information Systems.
