Edie Reaves

Edie Reaves is a dynamic and people-centric executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and operational excellence. They have held key leadership roles, including Chief Transformation Officer at Depot Connect International and LayerZero Power Systems, and have served as Vice President at both Faurecia and Quala Sustainable Container Solutions. Their career includes significant positions at Wabash National, Maxion Wheels, and Ford Motor Company, where they developed expertise in quality management and operational strategies. Edie holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and dual degrees (MBA and MSE) from the University of Michigan, along with completion of the Advent Leadership Academy at Harvard Business School.
