Thatcher Sammet

Thatcher Sammet has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2014, Thatcher worked as a Quality Assurance Intern at Catbird. In 2015, they held multiple positions concurrently, including Events Manager at KCPR FM Cal Poly Radio, Music & Entertainment - Student Director at Cal Poly Associated Students, Inc., and Regional Promotions Manager at Do LaB, Inc. In 2017, Thatcher became a Business Development Associate at MINDBODY, Inc. They then joined KEYENCE CORPORATION in 2018 as a Solutions Engineer and progressed to the roles of Senior Solutions Engineer, Lead Solutions Engineer, and finally as the Director of Business Development at Laylo since 2023. Overall, Thatcher has gained expertise in sales, business development, project management, and quality assurance throughout their career.

Thatcher Sammet has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Music from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. They also participated in an International Business Study Abroad Program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Additionally, Thatcher has obtained certifications in ARGUS Software, HMM (Harvard ManageMentor), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
