Scott Hilton is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various real estate transactions across key asset classes. Currently serving as a Real Estate Partner at Laytons ETL since August 2024, Scott previously held the same title at Armstrong Teasdale LLP from December 2021 to August 2024, where expertise included large, complex development transactions, site assembly, and strategic land acquisitions.
