Vinit Patel

Vinit Patel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in property law. Currently serving as a Partner at Laytons LLP since April 2019, Vinit represents a diverse clientele, including investors, developers, and charities, focusing on substantial property portfolios and individual transactions, with expertise in acquisitions, financing, development, and disposal. Prior to this role, Vinit was the Head of Property and Partner at Lattey & Dawe from 1983 to March 2019. Vinit holds an MA in Law from the University of Cambridge, completed in 1982, and received early education at Wembley High School.
