Bill Hart is a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group at Lazard, where they provide strategic advisory and capital solutions to private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Bill leads all aspects of origination, underwriting, deal execution, and portfolio management, boasting a proven track record with over $200 billion in aggregate transaction value across various industries. Previously, Bill held roles as a Senior Analyst and Policy Liaison at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, worked in Group Strategy at Christie's, and served as Managing Director in Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Bill earned an MBA in Finance and a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and The Lauder Institute, respectively, and holds a B.A. with Honors from Stanford University.
