Danielle Dodgen

Danielle Dodgen is an experienced professional in financial advisory human resources and campus recruiting. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Campus Recruiting at Lazard, Danielle has held various roles, including Vice President of Financial Advisory Human Resources and Associate within the same department. Previous experiences include working as an HR Analyst at Point72 Asset Management, and serving as a Recruiting Coordinator and Team Lead at Deutsche Bank and Verizon, respectively. Danielle holds dual Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Maryland, earned between 2009 and 2013.
