David Lynch

David Lynch is a Managing Director in the Capital Solutions Group at Lazard, where they assist clients in meeting their financing needs across debt and structured equity. Previously, David served as a Managing Director at BMO Capital Markets, earning notable lead-left mandates from prominent private equity clients. With extensive experience in Leveraged Finance from firms such as Natixis Securities, RBC Capital Markets, Deutsche Bank, RBS Securities, and JP Morgan, David played a key role in building a top U.S. high yield and leveraged loan business. David holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BS in Finance from the State University of New York at Albany.
