Flora Delepine is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in finance operations and transformation. Currently serving as the Head of EMEA Finance Operations at Lazard since November 2008, Flora leads initiatives related to Finance’s systems projects and process improvements. Previously, Flora held roles as a Senior Vice President and Vice President, focusing on finance transformation, automation, change management, and project management. Additional experience includes a brief role as a system liaison project manager at blue yellow and positions in marketing and sales internships at Rezidor Hotel Group and Hotel Concorde la Fayette. Flora holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management and has also studied at the University of Groningen.
