Jason Bernhard

Jason Bernhard is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Since 1997, Jason has served as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Financial Advisory North America at Lazard, while also leading the North American Healthcare sector. Prior to this role, Jason was Vice President of M&A at Smith Barney from 1994 to 1997 and began a career in the industry as an Analyst and Associate in M&A at Merrill Lynch from 1988 to 1994. Jason holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The Wharton School, obtained between 1991 and 1993, and a BA in European History from the University of Pennsylvania, awarded in 1988. Additional academic experience includes attending Phillips Academy Andover and participating in a School Year Abroad program in Rennes, France.
