Joseph Ayers

Joseph Ayers currently serves as a Managing Director at Lazard, a position held since July 2016, where responsibilities include leading M&A, equity, and debt transactions, as well as overseeing due diligence processes and developing strategic presentations. Prior to this role, Joseph was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank from 2010 to June 2016, focusing on valuation analyses and managing transaction processes. Joseph’s earlier experience includes a role as a Research Associate at RCM and a stint as a professional baseball player with the Arizona Diamondbacks after being selected in the MLB draft. Joseph holds Bachelor’s degrees in Public Policy from Stanford University and in Management with a finance concentration from Boston College.
