Mark Noel

Mark Noel is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and financial due diligence. Currently serving as Managing Director at Lazard since May 2015, Mark has progressed through various roles, including Director, Vice President, and Investment Banking Associate. Prior to Lazard, Mark worked at PwC from September 2008 to May 2015, where responsibilities included managing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions as a Deals Manager and conducting financial due diligence as a Deals Senior Associate. Earlier career experiences include positions at Minnesota Coaches, Inc. as an Accounting/Finance Intern, and at Sevenich, Butler, Gerlach & Brazil, LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Tax and Audit Intern, respectively. Mark holds a BA with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
