Paul Dixon

Paul Dixon is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment management and pensions. Currently serving as Director and Investment Committee Chairman at Clara-Pensions since March 2019, Paul focuses on providing security for pension members and clarity for sponsors. In parallel, Paul holds the position of Pension Fund Trustee for the Directors' Scheme at Lazard since January 2011. Past roles include Chief Investment Officer at Guardian Financial Services, where management of £17 billion in assets was a primary responsibility, and Co-Founder and CEO of Axial Investment Management Limited, overseeing £13 billion in assets. Additionally, Paul has held significant positions at Merrill Lynch and Manufacturers Hanover Ltd.
