Sebastien Flocon

Sebastien Flocon is an experienced IT infrastructure leader with a strong background in managing complex IT environments across various organizations. Currently serving as Responsable Infrastructure IT at Lazard since March 2020, Sebastien previously held the position of Head of IT Infrastructure at AccorInvest, overseeing IT infrastructure for 1,200 users across 26 headquarters and 30,000 users in 880 hotels. Prior roles include Head of IT Infrastructure at Aréas Assurances, where Sebastien managed multiple teams and IT projects, and European Head of End User Computing Admin and Projects at Euronext, responsible for third-party support and EUC production. Early career positions include Trading Room Support Engineer at BNP Paribas and System/Trading Support Engineer at Refco. Sebastien holds an Executive Master Specialized in information and technologies strategy management from both HEC Paris and Mines Paris - PSL, as well as a Master's degree in IT from EFREI.
