Shari Soloway

Shari Soloway is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Chief Corporate Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Lazard since January 2024. Prior to this role, Shari was the Director and Head of Legal for North America at Lazard Asset Management from September 2015 to January 2024, where Shari also held titles of Head of Legal and Senior Vice President & Counsel. Shari's experience includes serving as VP & Associate General Counsel at GE Asset Management from July 2011 to September 2015, and as an Associate at Clifford Chance US LLP from October 2006 to July 2011. Shari holds an LL.M. in Law from Boston University School of Law and an LL.B. in Law from the University of London.
