Varin Ayala

Varin Ayala has over two decades of experience in the chemical engineering field, currently serving at Lazard since March 2015. Prior to this role, Varin was self-employed as an Independent Grant Writer specializing in Chemicals and Alternative Energy since 2007. Previous positions include employment at Core Staffing Services from 2004 to 2013 and roles at Air Products, where Varin worked as a Contract Development Manager for Government Systems from 1997 to 2002 and as a Principal Applications Engineer in Pulp and Paper from 1989 to 1996. Varin holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
