Waffa Bouaka

Waffa Bouaka is currently the M&A Vice President at Lazard, having progressed through various roles including M&A Analyst and Associate since joining in 2019. Prior experience includes internships in project finance at Crédit Agricole CIB and M&A at Lazard. Waffa's educational background includes a Master in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Sciences. Early professional experiences also involved roles at Vinci Energies and the municipal housing department in Boulogne-Billancourt.
