Joy Romulus

Joy Romulus, Ph.D., currently serves as the Technical Business Development Director - Care at LBB Specialties, having joined the company in October 2023. Prior to this role, Joy held several positions at Lipoid, LLC from November 2016 to October 2023, including Director of Business Development - Cosmetics and Business Development - Cosmetics. Joy’s career also includes experience as a Staff Scientist at Ashland from October 2014 to October 2016 and as an Application Chemist at Fragrance Resources from September 2006 to August 2007. Joy earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from New York University in 2013, a Postdoctoral Research Associate degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2014, and a BS in Chemistry from Binghamton University in 2006.
