Tim Dooling

Tim Dooling is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Easton Select Group and Board Member at both LBB Specialties and APPLIED Adhesives, Dooling previously held the position of President at Easton Pool & Spa, Inc., overseeing its subsidiaries. Dooling's prior experience includes significant contributions as Chief Operating Officer for Azelis, where responsibility encompassed operations and private equity activities across multiple business units. Dooling's tenure at Azelis also included serving as Managing Director for the Care Division, driving substantial growth and implementing strategic initiatives. Earlier career achievements include leadership roles at Callahan Chemical Company and Sun Chemical, focusing on strategic planning, operations, and sales management.
