LBC Wise Counsel specialises in helping lawyers to be the best they can be at any stage of their career, in any sector, in any size of team.

Drawing on unparalleled expertise, it is a unique advisory company for in-house legal teams and law firms that has a particular focus on change management, relationship development, strategic planning and personal/team development.

LBC Wise Counsel predominantly acts for, and works with, in-house teams in the UK, Europe and increasingly in North America and South Africa.

LBC Wise Counsel is also the company behind the ground-breaking LBCambridge spring and summer schools for in-house lawyers at Queens’ College Cambridge (www.lbcwisecounsel.com/cambridge). The schools help prepare lawyers for success in their commercial environment and have been described as both "phenomenal" and "transformational".

In addition we regularly work with law firms at partner conferences, at training events and in a consulting capacity on topics such as business development, operational efficiency and relationship management.
