As a result, in partnership with the Port, we are currently involved in the final stages of expanding and developing of a new state-of-the-art facility combining two aging container terminals into one of the world's most technologically advanced and greenest facilities in the world. The project, commonly referred to as the Middle Harbor Redevelopment Project is the largest of its kind in North America. When completed, LBCT will have cut air pollution in excess of 80%, significantly reducing environmental impacts, improve air quality, and create a safer work environment for our employees. Additionally, LBCT will have the ability to handle in excess of 3.5 million TEUs, along with servicing the largest container vessels in the world, without growing our environmental footprint.
