Josh Johnson

Josh Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and data analysis within the container terminal industry. Currently serving as the General Manager of the Operations Development Team - Data Analysis at Long Beach Container Terminal (LBCT LLC), Josh leads initiatives to improve operational efficiency through data-driven strategies. Previously, as Operations Development Team Manager and Operations Superintendent, significant contributions were made in optimizing automation systems and overseeing terminal operations. Earlier roles include IT and Process Services Manager at OOCL, where technology solutions and workflow improvements were implemented, and a foundational position in the grading contractor sector with L. R. Johnson Construction, Inc. Josh holds a degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology from California State University, Long Beach.
