Paden West

Paden West has worked in the roofing and building maintenance industry, beginning as a project manager at Allstate Tower, Inc. in 2015. Paden then worked as a roofing advisor and outside sales associate, as well as a field advisor at Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they gained experience in the industry and was promoted to Vice President of Commercial Operations at LBK Roofing in 2020. Currently, Paden is the co-owner and Chief Executive Officer at LBK Roofing since 2023.

Paden West attended Austin Peay State University from 2014 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a Communications concentration on Information Specialist. There is no record of Paden attending any educational institution before or after this time except for obtaining a PMP® certification from Simplilearn in September 2016.
