James Donaldson

James Donaldson is currently working as a Precious Metals Trader at HSBC since May 2022 and as a member of the Finance Committee at LBMA since March 2023. Prior to this, James worked at ING as a Precious Metals Trader from March 2021 to May 2022 and at Crédit Agricole CIB as the Director of Precious Metals trading. James also briefly worked as a Metals Clerk at Natixis in 2011. James holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Philosophy from Cardiff University and completed their A-Levels in History, Economics, and Philosophy at Bradfield College.
