Benjamin Ware has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Benjamin currently works as a Field Network Engineer at LBMC Technology Solutions, starting in September 2021. Previously, from May 2020 to August 2021, they worked as a System Engineer at Network Solutions Group, LLC (NSG). Before that, Benjamin was an IT Support Associate II at Amazon from December 2019 to May 2020.
In addition, Benjamin held the position of System Admin Tier II at C Spire from September 2015 to November 2019, where they provided technical support and diagnosed equipment failures for numerous SMB clients. Prior to that, they worked as a Purchasing Coordinator & IT Support Specialist at Guidant Partners from June 2011 to August 2015. In this role, Benjamin managed vendor relationships, purchased necessary hardware and software, and developed strong partnerships with vendors.
Benjamin's career began in the US Army, where they served as a Sergeant from September 2006 to September 2010. Benjamin held the role of Battalion Communications NCO and was responsible for supervising and maintaining information processing systems. Additionally, Benjamin developed effective management systems and communications plans for the battalion, which were approved and implemented by the Battalion Commander.
Benjamin Ware studied Computer Information Systems at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2011 to 2012. Benjamin then attended The Art Institutes from 2012 to 2013, where they specialized in Web Design & Development.
