Florent Hamard

Florent Hamard is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in private debt and corporate direct lending. Currently serving as Investment Director at LBP AM since December 2014, responsibilities include origination, structuring, execution, and monitoring of senior private debt financing for midmarket companies across France and Europe, as well as active fundraising collaborations with institutional investors. Prior experience as an Investment Manager at Federis Gestion d'Actifs involved origination, execution, and portfolio management of private debt and EuroPP investments. Before that, a role as a Credit Analyst at Kepler Cheuvreux focused on establishing a new practice in midcap Private Debt/EuroPP and involved partnerships in credit analysis with Federis GA. Earlier career stages included serving as a Credit Analyst at BNP Paribas and an Internal Auditor at BNY Mellon. Florent Hamard holds a Master's degree in Banque-Finance from ESSCA and has studied at The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
