Greg de Rubeis

Greg De Rubeis has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Greg began their career as a Sales Associate at Investment Real Estate Associates in 2004 and stayed with the company until 2007. Greg then worked as a Real Estate Consultant and Risk Analyst at Gerace & Associates in 2007. In 2008, they joined 1st London as an Asset Manager, where they managed a diverse portfolio of investment properties and achieved significant cost reductions and increased tenant retention. Since 2013, Greg has been working at LBPM as the Executive Vice President of Real Estate, overseeing the growth and management of a large real estate portfolio consisting of apartments, single-family homes, and commercial assets. Greg is responsible for ensuring the financial stability and progression of a diverse portfolio of investment properties worth over $2 billion. Greg provides leadership and guidance to a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Greg De Rubeis attended Loyola Marymount University and obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business, Management, and Marketing. Greg also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from the Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration.
