Benjamin Cole

Benjamin "Benny" Cole is a seasoned professional with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. They have held pivotal roles at BCG as a Consultant and co-founded The Ketogenic Baking Company, LLC, focusing on sales and digital marketing. Recently, they served as Sr. Director of Customer Experience at Ruggable, where they built the Customer Experience organization from the ground up. Currently, Benny is a co-founder at LC Partners, a consulting firm, and works as a Customer Success Manager at Flex, all while passionately engaging in community initiatives around education equity and diversity.
