Gary Avin

Gary Avin is a Utility Executive currently serving as the Director and Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at LCEC, where they lead customer-facing operations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations while maintaining operational efficiency. Previously, from 2006 to 2018, Gary managed a team in Customer Care Operations, achieving significant improvements in customer satisfaction and operational costs. Before joining LCEC, Gary worked at Florida Power and Light (FPL) as a Team Supervisor from 1997 to 2005, where they supervised a group of Premise Risk Representatives and implemented training initiatives to enhance team performance.
