RoseAnn Stevenson, PhD, is an accomplished consultant specializing in management and leadership development. Since 2007, RoseAnn has served as a Management Development Consultant and Leadership Development Facilitator for the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. In addition, RoseAnn operates a consulting practice established in June 2011. RoseAnn's extensive experience includes teaching as an adjunct instructor at Antioch University Seattle from 1995 to 2006 and a significant tenure at Boeing from 1986 to 2011 as a Leadership and Organizational Development Manager, where RoseAnn was deeply engaged in various aspects of leadership and organizational development. Earlier experience includes the role of Training Manager at Puget Sound Energy. RoseAnn holds a Bachelor of Education from Western Washington University, a PhD and a Master's degree from Fielding Graduate University, and a Master's degree from Antioch University Seattle.
